STAFF WELFARE MEASURES
|

|
The Organisation is very sensitive to the welfare of its staff and their family
members. Many schemes are in operation for this purpose. The salient features of
these schemes are as under :
- Book Awards of Rs.1000/- each to wards of employees who scores 80% or more in Secondary
and higher secondary examination.
- Scholarship at the rate of Rs.400/- each per month to wards of employees who score
90% or more in Std XII and 65% or more in graduation level [ For Arts and Commerce
stream] and 80% or more in graduation level [ For Science stream ].
- Mementoes worth Rs.4,000/- for retiring officials including staff going on Voluntary
retirement.
- Financial Assistance upto Rs.5,000/- to provide nutritious diet to staff members
suffering from T.B or Cancer.
- Financial Assistance of Rs.2,00,000/- to the family members in case of death of
a staff / Officer while in service.
